From Saturday 01 October Area B is active which prohibits the entry to Euro 0, 1, 2 gas and Euro 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 diesel vehicles and Euro 0, 1 two-stroke motorcycles from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 to 19: 30, excluding holidays.

Area B affects all those who enter the city every day, progressively prohibiting the most polluting vehicles to improve air quality in the city.
Between 2019 and 2026 traffic emissions will be reduced by around 25 tonnes of PM10 and 900-1.500 tonnes of nitrogen oxides.
