Our company, Finstar SpA, was founded in 1990 and we are in charge of managing the entire real estate complex and the administration of the entire Atlantic Business Center.

We offer commercial rentals, with flexible solutions for square footage, and a wide range of services: from administrative management to the 24/7 concierge, from the surveillance of the premises to the parking with a total of 130 parking lots.

We have a wide choice of offices, warehouses and laboratories, archives and advertising spaces, located on the roof of the building, ideal for adding prestige and visibility to any company.

The prestigious Atlantic Business Center is in via Fantoli 5, 7, 9 in Milan, in the Mecenate area, bordering the hub that houses the headquarters of Gucci, a brand of the Kering group, whose Italian headquarter is also located next to our center .
Located in the east quadrant of Milan a few meters from the east ring road – C.A.M.M. exit – the center is not far from Linate airport. The area is well connected thanks to the Forlanini railway stop which touches all the Milanese underground lines as well as the Garibaldi, Lambrate, Rogoredo, Porta Romana, Romolo stations and the Varese-Treviglio and Albairate-Saronno lines.
The area is undergoing strong real estate development and boasts the presence of large companies such as RAI television studios, UPS, BMW, Unipol Assicurazioni, event venues such as East End Studios, East Market, Fabrique, Officine del Volo and in the near future the new Olympic Hall under construction in Santa Giulia-Morsenchio.

The Atlantic Business Center in Milan, recently renovated, includes numerous offices and commercial premises (warehouses, workshops, archives, etc.), beside 130 parking lots.

The complex is divided between several independent environments, equipped with lighting, heating and air-conditioning systems, as well as  pipelines for telephone lines and internet fibers.

Since 1990 we deal with commercial rentals and, in particular, with the rental of offices, laboratories and warehouses in Milan. We offer advantageous and customizable solutions in the organization of spaces, adaptable to the needs of each customer.
