The Algebris fund sells the property to German groups
World Capital acted as advisor in the sale of the 5,800 sq m former Telecom building located in Via Mecenate 95 – Via Fantoli 3; adjacent Atlantic Business Center.
Algos, property manager of a real estate vehicle of the Algebris NPL Partnership II fund owner of the property, coordinated the sale to German investors Sanus AG and Elysee Capital GmbH.
The property will be renovated and will become a 4-star hotel.
The rapidly expanding location is of great appeal thanks also to its proximity to Milano Linate Airport and Tangenziale Est ring road.
